  • Can I customize the design of my iPhone case? Yes! We offer design customization for bulk and corporate orders. Please reach out to our support team for B2B inquiries.

  • How do I care for my Overly case? To keep your case looking new, wipe it with a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid using window cleaners or harsh household chemicals.

  • Will the case protect my screen and camera? Yes. Our designs feature raised bezels (edges) around the camera and screen to prevent direct contact with surfaces, reducing the risk of scratches.

2. Product Questions

  • What materials are Overly cases made from? We use premium materials including high-grade TPU for shock absorption, polycarbonate for impact resistance, and eco-friendly recycled plastics in our sustainable collections.

  • Are your cases compatible with MagSafe charging? Many of our models are MagSafe compatible. Please check the specific product description to ensure it supports magnetic charging and accessories.

  • Do the clear cases turn yellow over time? Our clear cases are treated with an anti-yellowing coating to maintain clarity for as long as possible under normal usage conditions.

3. Payment Questions

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit/debit cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.), and popular digital wallets.

  • Is it safe to pay on your website? Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your transaction and data are 100% protected.

4. Shipping & Tracking

  • How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days across India. Dispatch usually happens within 24-48 hours.

  • What are the shipping charges? We offer FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD), a nominal convenience fee of ₹50 is applied.

  • Can I track my order? Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp and Email. You can also track it on our "Track Order" page.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy? We offer a 3-day return policy for unused and undamaged products.

  • What if I received a damaged case? Please record an unboxing video when you receive your package. If the product is damaged, share the video with us on WhatsApp, and we will arrange a free replacement.
