Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Overly (a brand by PRATHAM ENTERPRISE), we stand behind the quality of our iPhone cases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a seamless return and exchange process.

Return & Exchange Period

We offer a 3-day return policy and a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags and protective films intact.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

IMPORTANT: To claim a refund or replacement for damaged, defective, or missing items, a clear video of the unboxing process is mandatory. The video must show the outer packaging being opened for the first time and clearly display the product's condition.

Please include your Order ID and the reason for the return/exchange in your message.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with your unboxing video so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a free replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. A nominal shipping fee may apply for exchange requests based on personal preference (e.g., ordering the wrong model by mistake).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment source (Card/UPI/Net Banking) within 7-10 business days.

  • COD Orders: We will request your bank account details or UPI ID to process the refund.

  • A nominal convenience or shipping fee may be deducted from the refund amount for returns that are not due to product defects.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Customized or Personalized iPhone cases.

  • Items purchased during "Final Sale" or "Clearance" events.

  • Items that show signs of usage or damage caused after delivery.
