Order Processing & Timelines

Once your order is placed on overly.in, our team begins processing it immediately.

  • Dispatch Time: Most orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.

  • Delivery Time: Depending on your location, your order will typically reach you within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

  • Metro Cities: Usually delivered within 2-3 business days.

  • Rest of India: Usually delivered within 4-7 business days.

Shipping Charges

We believe in transparent pricing and high value for our customers:

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal convenience fee of ₹50 is applicable on COD orders to cover additional handling costs by the courier partner.

Tracking Your Order

Transparency is key to a great shopping experience. Once your package is handed over to our shipping partner:

  • You will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp and Email.

  • You can use this ID on our "Track Order" page or directly on the courier partner's website to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Address Modifications

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. If you need to modify your address, please contact our support team at +91 8866910000 within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or if the packaging is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. We highly recommend recording an unboxing video for all orders to help us process claims for any internal damage swiftly.

Non-Delivery

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package remains undelivered due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address/phone number, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, a reshipping fee may apply for the second attempt.
